Examining individual connections as a primary factor of KM : Investigating human dynamics that move knowledge workers beyond collaboration to knowledge sharing. The primary aim is to compare and evaluate collaborative models that place human interactions at the center of knowledge sharing/knowledge management systems.
How can corporations enable knowledge sharing to improved productivity and foster a positive knowledge sharing culture?’ - the following questions must be answered:
1. What is information, data, knowledge for the corporation
2. How does that corporation evaluate knowledge claims
3. What are the cultural dynamics of knowledge sharing within the corporation?
4. What organizational factors act as motivators or de-motivators for knowledge sharing?

b. Organizational incentives
c. Organizational trust
d. Mentorship
e. Recognition
f. Participation of top leadership
g. Increased contact via web 2.0 tools (blog, wiki, ect.)

b. Org behavior surveys (qualitative and quantitative)
3. How KM initiatives might improve the dissemination of knowledge by measuring the interactions or networking activities of employees at multi-levels.
